At Hansford and Haley, we believe in the uncomplicated pleasures that can be found in soaps, lotions and other “spa” body care products. We lean towards the “green, natural” products but are not limited to that based on the use of the products chosen. A natural based soap with the perfect fragrance that cannot be found naturally as an essential oil (like pomegranate) is still extraordinary to use when done right.

An example of this is a night away from the everyday run of the mill; start by coming home and lighting an aromatherapy candle(s) or incense in your bathroom. As the water warms in the tub, add a particular bath salt or soak letting the scents blend throughout the room. Turn the music on, sink in and enjoy as your body is pampered just by being there. If you so choose, you can sip the wine or tea of your choice, read a book, invite that special someone or just relax; knowing that when you leave your “spa”, you will fell like a new person.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100!!!

We make every effort to ship your order within 2 business days. If we are out of an item, we will contact you by email prior to shipping to advise you of the expected delivery date so that you can make the decision to ship immediately or wait for the additional item(s) to arrive.

Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail so that your order normally arrives within 2-3 days after shipping. If require express/overnight or another form of shipping other than USPS please note in the comments or email us. We will contact you prior to shipping with the exact additional shipping charges (if applicable) to be added to your charge card or PayPal for your approval. To speed up the process you can authorize us to make these additional charges in your note or email with the original order. At this time, we do not ship to international address but do ship to APO/FPO destinations via USPS using the same rates. In case an order cannot be shipped or processed as requested, we will notify you ASAP by email.

Our current shipping rates are based on the total product amount shipped at retail to a single address as follows:

• FREE SHIPPING on orders $100 and over • $5 flat rate shipping on orders $50 up to $100 • $7.50 flat rate shipping on orders under $50

There are no packaging or handling charges at Hansford and Haley.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES:

If for any reason you are not happy with a product you have ordered please contact us as requested below, letting us know in your email exactly what is wrong so that we can make it right. Normally we will get back with you by email within 3 business days. Make sure you save all of your original packaging; you may need it to return the product to us. If there is a need to return product we will email you a “Return Merchandise Authorization” number with instructions on how to and where to return the product to us. Please allow 1o days after receipt of your returned product to receive a refund, credit or new product(s).

To get a “Return Merchandise Authorization” number, please email us the following information at customercare@hansfordandhaley.com.

1. Order Number 2. Name 3. Product(s) that a return/exchange request is being made 4. Condition of the product (new or used/open or unopened) 5. Reason return/exchange request is being made 6. Comments and/or special requests

On products that are received by you damaged, we will replace them at no charge when we are notified within 10 days of receipt. We may request the products be returned to us or that a digital picture of the damage be sent to us to help process your claim.

There are no restocking fees at Hansford and Haley! Products unopened and returned in the original packaging will receive a refund in the manner originally payment was made. Opened products or those that are damaged upon return to us due to not being packed properly for return shipping, will receive credit towards your future purchases from Hansford and Haley.

Credits and refunds are given less any shipping charges. Products shipped under our free shipping policy will have shipping deducted from the refund based on the new “total product” amount of the original order if it drops below $75. We do not pay for return shipping if needed.

TERMS OF USE:

Due to rapidly changing market situations, Hansford and Haley cannot always guarantee the price and availability of any product. We must reserve the right to change the price and availability of any product without notice, including limiting the quantity ordered. Products may also look different or be packaged differently than shown due to changes from our manufacturers and the nature of natural products.

We ask that you do not copy or use our photos, graphics, designs and text (including those used by permission given to us by our vendors); this web store is for shopping from Hansford and Haley only. We cannot guarantee information or claims made from/by our vendors, manufacturers, linked companies or any other 3rd parties. In addition, we cannot guarantee the products and/or materials from these same parties and will not be held liable for their use.

If Hansford and Haley makes an honest error in an offer, inaccuracy in a description/claim, and or/omission, it will be corrected once discovered; we reserve the right not to ship an order due to this type of issue.
